• Local storage (browser only): your name, certificate records and daily-challenge state are stored in your own browser's local storage. We do not receive this data on our servers.
• Automatically collected data: standard web analytics and advertising cookies may collect anonymized data such as pages visited and device type.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to: generate certificates, respond to enquiries, maintain the vendor directory, and improve our content and services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Google AdSense & Cookies

We display advertising through Google AdSense. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (including the DART cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Users may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info.

5. Third-Party Services

When you register as a vendor, your submitted details are sent to a Google Sheet via Google Apps Script, which acts as our live database. Google's privacy policy applies to data stored there. Our vendor registration includes a payment step; when enabled with a payment provider (e.g., Razorpay), that provider's own privacy policy applies to payment data.

6. Data Security & Retention

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Vendor records are retained while the directory is active; you may request removal by contacting us. Browser-local data (certificates, scores) can be cleared by clearing your browser's local storage at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adult healthcare professionals and students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your Rights & Contact

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us via the Contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time.
